You cannot be sustainable without a marketing mindset in your company. Marketing is mindset not only operation.

Your system is constantly connected to people. When those people leave, everything stops.

Creating value - Marketing - Sales - Keeping value - Finance.

This cycle must turn on itself as much as possible for you to be sustainable.

If you remove any of them, there will be a gap. The gap in companies today is number 2: Marketing.

Marketing means 3 things: generating leads, building brand awareness, company culture.

Someone always has to deliver your product or service to potential customers. You find yourself in backroom conversations like this: "If she leaves, you can face with losing customers."

You won't have a brand. People are memorable. For example, customers say: "There was a guy who sold these products. Let's call him. Let him solve it." or "He transferred to this company. Let's have a meeting with them."

Company culture is unstable. The average turnover of employees is always in the 1-2 year range. Independent, quarreling departments with no common purpose are formed. The presentation languages, presentation styles, and even the fonts used by these departments are different. Different faces emerge within the company.

Be careful! Individual successes are always important, but you can be sure that experienced people want to work in sustainable systems. Because the greatest successes come with team work.

The milestones of companies cannot be individuals. If it happens, when those people leave, the result will be same.

Companies have brands that become public.

Management, employees, customers and potential customers act together under the brand. In this way, it becomes an asset to society or societies.

Care about sustainability. Consider marketing.
